Almobadr Organization for Development and Capacity Building primarily aims to empower women and youth, particularly through our support of their participation in local and national decision making.  The organization also aspires to enforce the rights and freedoms of individuals that are guaranteed by international treaties. Additionally, Almobadr intends to contribute to the formulation and development of policies, strategies, programs, and plans of actions with local decision makers and municipalities, as well as with state representatives in the legislative and executive branches.
